It is red with blue glittery shimmer in it. It is a size medium, but fits more like a small. It has a back zipper and has a wrap skirt with tie in the front. The waist is 28" and the length is 13" This skirt is around 10 years old, I have only worn it a few times, and haven't touched it in at least 5 years. It is in great condition expect for a few fabric pulls on some parts of the skirt, but nothing major.
